Vitalik Buterin: Should focus on technology, limit price view The Ecoinomic

Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin recommends that crypto investors move from tracking prices to focusing on developing the technology.

In response to a Dec. 3 post by twitter account CoinMamba, Vitalik had a reassuring message for users at the current sensitive time. In the prelude to the comments, CoinMamba posted that:

After 9 years in crypto I’m kinda exhausted. I want to move on and do something different with my life. Tired of all these scammers and fraudsters..

“After 9 years working in the cryptocurrency sector, I feel exhausted. I wanted to go ahead and do something different. It’s exhausting for these scammers.”

The past time has really been an extremely difficult series of days for the cryptocurrency industry. The market has been surrounded by a series of bad news, since the painful collapse of FTX and the unpredictable consequences still linger until now, the most recent is BlockFi.

BNB Chain Ankr DeFi protocol recently experienced a security incident, mining millions of dollars on the first day of December. To date, hackers have stolen more than $2.98 billion in digital assets in the past year, according to statistics from PeckShield.

In response to CoinMamba’s weary statement, Buterin advised users to stay away from trading or investing at this time. Instead, focus on research, technology development and applications.

Buterin once said that the collapse of the FTX exchange is a lesson for the entire crypto ecosystem. He called it “the most serious tragedy in history,” but noted that the problem lies with people, not technology.

Also participating in the discussion was the comment of Binance boss, CZ said to keep building and ignore distractions.
