Binance has stopped providing services to an account because of "absurd" allegations, even "terrorist threats" on the platform.
Specifically, on 06/12, an attack on API 3Commas caused dozens of Binance users to lose money. @coinmamma Twitter account was one of them, who quickly alerted the customer department. Although the fault is not on the part of the exchange, CoinMamba still accuses Binance of not assisting itself in getting its funds back.
CoinMamba is an influential figure in the crypto space, with nearly 280K followers on Twitter. Bio who introduces himself as a futures investor.
CoinMamba repeatedly criticized Binance for being "not transparent", who sought to blame Binance and demand compensation, or even suspected that Binance customers were just "pretending to ask" for CZ to tweet.
Binance support asked me how much I lost pretending that they will refund me just for CZ to write this tweet. Shady.. https://t.co/tWS2DTQy1epic.twitter.com/8JLS74bspY

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao then hinted that CoinMamba may have stolen its own API, in addition to saying that there are more than 20 similar cases that need to be handled by the exchange, the amount of CoinMamba's losses to say is not much and does not need support, Even if you look at the influence of social media, it doesn't change anything.
In the face of "absurd" accusations and even terrorist "threats" that Binance will pay for this, CZ issued a warning to the CoinMamba account. After that, Binance switched his account to off boarding (only withdrawals can be made). This tweet by CZ has now been deleted.

Binance Customer Support on Twitter responded to CoinMamba:
"You refused to report to the police and instead tried to blame us and demand compensation. You even go so far as to make threats, which we will not tolerate."
CoinMamba later announced that Binance had closed its account.
Yeap, @cz_binance just closed my Binance account because of my tweets. Not sure what to say. This is unacceptable and I'm sure most of you will agree with me on this..

Going back to the exploit, many have accused the exchange of leaking credentials that allowed attackers to steal funds in accounts. Binance has claimed this is a "false rumor", the incident is due to a third-party API. This is not the first time the exchange has handled a similar case and the exploit occurred on many other trading platforms. In November, the exchange confirmed the API of a user using 3Commas was hacked and conducted altcoin purchases with great value, causing the price to jump.
